Food processors are responding to increasing market demand for faster, more convenient in-home meal preparation. In response, Triangle has introduced three new systems to aid food processors in meeting this demand economically.

TrayMaster Loader

TrayMaster Systems

TrayMaster systems are designed to weigh IQF products such as poultry parts, seafoods, meatballs, and pastas and spread them evenly onto preformed foam trays. Read more about TrayMaster systems here.

BowlMaster Systems

BowlMaster systems offer a high output in a smaller footprint than competitive systems. They are similar in basic concept to TrayMaster systems, but are designed to deposit product into a predetermined (targeted) space in preformed bowls or in sectioned (multi-cavity) trays for entrees or complete meals. X-Y Depositec Systems

X-Y DeposiTec systems consist of a Triangle combination weigher and an X-Y multipocket depositor, usually integrated onsite with an indexing type thermoformer. Read more about X-Y DeposiTec systems here.
