Vertical Form Fill Seal Baggers

Triangle's family of Advantage VFFS (vertical form fill seal) bag machines are available in two series - continuous motion and intermittent motion, both with optional zipper applicators. Twin Tube models also available. All models make pillow, gussetted, and flat bottom styles and run supported and unsupported films.

Computer Weighers & Scales

Triangle scales are available in non-proprietary Allen-Bradley ControlLogix or Selectech iPC controls. Triangle's family of Selectacom computer scales are available in belt feed, radial (A10, A14) or linear (A612, A918) models. Blending models are also available. Triangle's Selectacom line of computer combination weighers includes both radial and inline designs to meet an exceptionally wide range of product and other unique requirements.

ServoTrac Loaders

Food processors are responding to increasing market demand for faster, more convenient in-home meal preparation. In response, Triangle has introduced new loading systems to aid food processors in meeting this demand economically.

Vertical Cartoners

Just as with our other product lines, Triangle offers a comprehensive line of vertical cartoners, each available with customizing to meet specific requirements. Models can handle a wide variety of carton sizes, styles and materials. They carton a diverse range of products with capabilities for bag-in-box, multiple component collations, retail pack patterns, direct fill, and hand loading.

Flex I Cartoner

The ProLine Flex I Cartoner is designed to be paired with current generation high-speed Continuous Motion VFFS machines like the Triangle Advantage B5.

Flex I loading & indexing speeds to 100/min perfectly match the VFFS output for the vast majority of bag-in-box applications.

Bowl/Tray Loading Systems

TrayMaster systems are designed to weigh IQF products such as poultry parts, seafoods, meatballs, and pastas and spread them evenly onto preformed foam trays. A typical system includes one Selectacom radial scale, a rotary depositor, and a two-lane stainless steel tray conveyor.

BowlMaster systems offer a high output in a smaller footprint than competitive systems. They are similar in basic concept to TrayMaster systems, but are designed to deposit product into a predetermined (targeted) space in preformed bowls or in sectioned (multi-cavity) trays for entrees or complete meals.

Control Systems

Triangle baggers, weighers and cartoners can operate from either Allen-Bradley model 504, 505, CompactLogix or ControlLogix. Triangle offers some of the most non-proprietary controlled machines available in the marketplace.

Triangle's control system, Selectech, utilizes touchscreen capability that allows easy operator interface.
