HEATED HOLE-PUNCH JAWS
Triangle’s heated hole-punch makes edge-sealed hole punches in the header of the bag.

STATIC ELIMINATOR
The static eliminator provides better seals by reducing the static charge that causes product to stick to the film.

CRUMB CATCHER / PRODUCT STAGER
Reduces fines in the cross seals.

CHOKE DETECT
Detection eyes are added to transition area between bagger and scale to detect a choke condition and prevent the scale from discharging additional packages.

FILM ROLL SHAFTS
Triangle has several different styles of film roll shafts available to expedite film changeover.

BAG SHAKER
The bag shaker option helps to evenly settle product below the jaws.

AUXILARY FILM ROLL STAND
A spare roll of film can be staged and, when needed, easily and quickly rolled into place to expedite the changeover of film rolls. Optional are quick-change air shafts allowing the film roll shafts to be effortlessly exchanged between film rolls.

INTEGRATED TRAP GATE SPOUT
A product arrestor bucket can be integrated within the spout above the forming tube to reduce separation between scale discharges allowing better seals and potentially increased bags per minute.

FLUSH MOUNT BELT PULLEYS
New pulleys and shafts are self tightening using right hand and left hand threaded shafts and pulleys.

HEATED FILM SPLICE TABLE
Film splice table does not use splice tape eliminating the problem of passing a taped splice through the forming tube, it seals poly film ends using a heating element that is automatically actuated when the pivot bar is closed on the film.

EASY-OPEN PERFORATOR ASSEMBLY
Double knife clevises and dual gripper bars allow easy-open perforation on poly bags.

AUXILARY FILTER
We offer an auxiliary filter assembly that can be installed in your pneumatic supply upstream. Desirable if your air supply has a lot of contaminants or water.

SEALED BALL BEARING BUCKET UPGRADE
Selectacom can be upgraded to all new sealed ball-bearing electro polished removable buckets, all new mountings and fixed orifices on rotary actuators.

SCALE PNEUMATIC UPGRADE
Triangle’s new style manifolds for your scale have plug-in solenoids that can be replaced in minutes. The upgrade includes all new solenoid valves with mounts.

REGENERATIVE DRYER
The regenerative dryer removes moisture in the scale and control box enclosures.

ENCLOSURE HEATER
We can provide a thermostatically controlled heater to reduce condensation and airline freeze in enclosures.

FIXED ORIFICE UPGRADE
The calibrated orifice upgrade replaces all existing air cylinders with new air cylinders with fixed orifice fittings that precisely meter airflow to give consistent door actuation speed, reducing noise and wear.

FILTER REG / LUBE UPGRADE
The existing filter/regulator/lubricator can be upgraded to our current standard and is a recommended upgrade when changing to fixed orifice.

WEIGH CELL TESTER
Self-contained enclosure to aid in troubleshooting and repairing weigh cells in the field.

ZIPPER
TRANSVERSE ZIPPER UPGRADE
This retrofit is available for most belt-drive Triangle bag machines (control box upgrade for some older machines may be needed). We integrate our zipper applicator into the existing bag machine frame. The zipper applicator applies the zipper transversely, across the width of the bag. The upgrade includes: applicator, sealing jaws and forming tube.

UNDERSIZE FORMING TUBE
This forming tube (with spout) has extra clearance allowing the zipper to pass which lets you run film with zipper.

PNEUMATIC BACKSTOP
Pneumatic backstop provides timed support providing an improved backseal on zipper bags.

OFFSET ROLLER with LOW FILM WARNING
This “stripper” roller assembly will allow the film drive motor to directly drive the film, yet not be in contact with the film roll. Used on heavy film rolls, thin film, “stretchy” film or “sticky” film rolls that might otherwise turn back on itself and become entangled. Replace proximity sensor with electric eye on offset roller bagger running zipper bags.
