BowlMaster systems offer a high output in a smaller footprint than competitive systems. They are similar in basic concept to TrayMaster systems, but are designed to deposit product into a predetermined (targeted) space in preformed bowls or in sectioned (multi-cavity) trays for entrees or complete meals. Other products can then be efficiently loaded into the bowls or trays upstream or downstream of the BowlMaster system. For example, in two recent installations bowls were pre-filled with rice on one side of the bowls, BowlMaster then weighed and deposited IQF pulled chicken parts or nuggets into the other side, and a sauce was then applied to the rice. Each of these systems included two Selectacom linear combination weighers, two rotary depositors, and a twin lane bowl conveyor, with outputs up to 220 bowls/minute. Benefits of BowlMaster systems are similar to those of TrayMaster systems. Like TrayMaster systems, each BowlMaster system is integrated by Selectech user-friendly iPC controls, including Selectech-OnLine's modem link for instant service.
