Traymaster Automatic Tray Loading Systems

Food processors are responding to increasing market demand for faster, more convenient in-home meal preparation. In response, Triangle has introduced three new systems to aid food processors in meeting this demand economically.

TrayMaster systems are designed to weigh IQF products such as poultry parts, seafoods, meatballs, and pastas and spread them evenly onto preformed foam trays. A typical system includes one Selectacom radial scale, a rotary depositor, and a two-lane stainless steel tray conveyor. Empty trays are automatically denested and loaded onto the conveyor, the rotary depositor receives weighments from the scale and gently and evenly spreads them onto the trays. Typically the conveyor then feeds the filled trays to one or more overwrappers. Benefits are less product giveaway and spillage, lower labor intensity, and higher efficiencies and outputs. Typical outputs on a single lane system are 60-80 trays/minute and 120-160 trays/minute on a dual lane system. Each system is integrated by Selectech user-friendly iPC controls, including Selectech-OnLine's modem link for instant service.
