SmartChange technology combines automated positioning, setup verification, and guided operator interaction to help manufacturers achieve repeatable results while reducing the variability, risk, and downtime often associated with product and package changeovers.
Built on Triangle's proven X-Series VFFS platform, SmartChange integrates servo-driven automation, laser verification, digital feedback, and an intuitive visual HMI to guide operators through setup and validate critical adjustments before production begins. The technology can reduce changeover-related downtime by up to 60% while helping manufacturers standardize setup procedures across shifts and facilities.
